Ran 4:01.65 in the mile at the Valentine Invitational in Boston, MA to reach the #5 All-Time spot at WSU. Also anchored the DMR relay to a 4th place finish at the Big Sky Championships.

2024 Cross Country
Was a captain for the Wildcats during his senior season. Finished his cross country PR with a 15th place finish at the Big Sky Preview Meet and a PR of 24:56 for 8k at altitude.

2024 Indoor
Ran a PR of 4:10.16 in the mile at the UW Mile City Invitational in Seattle, WA. Also ran a lifetime best in the 3000m of 8:30.14 at the BYU Invitational placing 3rd in the event.

2023 Cross Country
Finished 15th place at the Steven Reeder Invitational with a 7k PR of 21:53.

2023 Outdoor
Ran PRs of 1:52.22 in the 800m and 3:52.48 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational. Finished 10th place in the Big Sky Conference Championships in the 800m in Greeley, CO.

2023 Indoor
Ran indoor Personal Bests at the Big Sky Championships in Spokane, WA in both the 800m (1:54.65) and the Mile (4:16.29). Was also part of the winning DMR team at the Wildcat Indoor Invitational.

Competed in three meets in the 2022 season with their highest finish of 19th at the Steve Reeder Memorial 7k with a time of 22:33.8.

Set a PR in the 800m during the preliminary round of the Big Sky Championships and also earned a PR in the mile at the Stacy Dragila Open with a mark of 4:22.58.

Competed in six meets for the season with a 9th place finish at the UNLV Spring Invitational with 2:00.00 finish...Was part of the 4x400 team that finished 2nd with 3:35.85 and a 5th place finish in the 800 with a time of 1:57.18... His 4:10.88 in the 1500 at the UVU Collegiate meet was a PR.
