Wyatt Larkins wins another Big Sky Athlete of the Week honor

Larkins again broke the school record in the hammer throw and won the event by more than 32 feet.
For the third time this outdoor track and field season, Wildcat freshman Wyatt Larkins has earned weekly honors.Â
Larkins was named the Big Sky Conference Field Athlete of the Week for the third time this season after yet another school record throw.Â
Larkins broke his own school record and won the title in the hammer throw at the Aggie Invitational last weekend in Logan. He posted a career-best mark of 219-01 and won the event by more than 32 feet.Â
The mark is the best in Weber State history. It is currently the best in the Big Sky and the 15th best in the NCAA West Region.Â
Larkins is a native of Braintree, Essex, England.Â
