Bio
Garrett is a senior linebacker for the Wildcats out of Meridian, Idaho.
He has been a part of the Wildcat program for the last four seasons. He enters the 2024 season having played in 38 career games. He has 127 career tackles with 69 solo tackles and 58 assisted tackles. He also has nine tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks, in addition to five pass breakups, two interceptions, and two fumble recoveries.
2023 (Junior)
Played in all 11 games for the Wildcats, helping WSU to another winning season…Finished fifth on the Wildcat team in tackles with 52 tackles in 11 games…Had 28 assisted tackles and 24 solo tackles…Had nine tackles against Northern Arizona and UC Davis…Also had seven tackles in wins over Idaho State and Idaho and six against Northern Colorado…Also had three tackles for loss with 1.5 sacks…Had a sack at Idaho State for an eight-yard loss, and a half a sack against Utah…Recovered a fumble and returned it 35 yards for a touchdown in the win at Idaho State…Also had an interception in the comeback win over Northern Colorado and had two quarterback hurries…Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Management Information.
