Joe finished his four-year career at Weber State in 2015 by earning All-American honors as a senior. He twice earned All-Conference honors, including being named to the first team in 2015. He played in 46 career games with the Wildcats and started the last 45 games of his career on the offensive line.

2015 (Senior)
Earned All-American honors from the Walter Camp Foundation, becoming the first Weber State player to earn All-American honors in four years...Also earned First Team All-Big Sky honor, the first WSU player in four years to do so...Started all 11 games for Weber State as the center on the offensive line...Served as one of the offensive team captains.

2014 (Junior)
Earned Big Sky Honorable Mention All-Conference honors after starting in 11 games for Weber State on the offensive line.

2013 (Sophomore)
Started all 12 games for the Wildcats as a sophomore on the offensive line.

2012 (Freshman)
Appeared in all 11 games and started the last 10 games as a true freshman after signing with the Wildcats in February 2012...Was part of the offensive line that blocked for All-Conference running back C.J. Tuckett and quarterback Mike Hoke.
