Joel finished his two-year career with the Wildcats in 2011. He saw action in 14 career games at Weber State.

2011 (Senior)
Appeared in eight games for the Wildcats during the season...Started in WSU’s Homecoming win over Idaho State on Oct. 15... Was part of the offensive line that blocked for All-Conference quarterback Mike Hoke as well as the Wildcat rushing offense, which finished fourth in the Big Sky.

2010 (Junior)
Joel signed with the Wildcats in February 2010 as a JC transfer but did not participate in spring practice...During the 2010 season he appeared in six games for the ‘Cats at the offensive tackle position...Saw action in games at home with Eastern Washington, Portland State, and Montana...Also played in the final three games of the season at Montana State, Northern Arizona, and Texas Tech.

Bakersfield Junior College
Played for Coach Jeff Chudy at Bakersfield Junior College...Earned All-League honors in 2009, helping his team to the Valley Conference championship.

Bakersfield High School
Was a two-year starter on both sides of the line for Coach Paul Golla at Bakersfield High...Helped his team to a league championship his senior season...Was named First Team All-Conference that year as well.
