Matt finished his three-year career at Weber State in 2011.  He appeared in 26 career games with the Wildcats.  He graduated from Weber State in April 2012 with a degree in Human Performance Management.   

2011 (Senior)
Saw action in 10 games for the Wildcats during the season...Played in special teams and other areas...Recorded three total tackles, all coming in the final two games of the season, both Weber State wins...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Human Performance Management.    

2010 (Junior)
Played in 10 games for the Wildcats during the season...Started in WSU’s home win over Portland State on October 23, his first career start...Did not record any stats during the season.

2009 (Sophomore)
Came to WSU in the Summer of 2009 as a walk on, urged on by former WSU receivers coach, Steve Cox...Appeared in five games for the Wildcats in a reserve role...Had one catch for 19 yards in WSU’s 44-17 home field win over Idaho State.

Cabrillo Junior College
Played one season at Cabrillo College where he served as team captain and was a starter as a receiver and kick return specialist.

Scotts Valley High School
Played both receiver and defensive back at Scotts Valley High...Set a school record his senior seasons with 10 receptions for 220 yards...Two-time First Team All-League as a receiver...Was his school’s 2006-07 Scholar-Athlete Award winner.
