2025 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 with a time of 31:28.24 to place 18th. He raced in three other events placing in the top 25 in all of them.

2025 Indoor
Raced in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 8:43.04 in the 3000 and 15:24.42 in the 5000 to place 16th in both. He also set two PR’s with one in the 3000 at 8:23.79 and one in the 5000 at 14:23.69.

2024 Cross Country
Set multiple PR’s during the season with one at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, with a time of 31:36.8 in the 10k. He set three more earlier in the season with a time of 23:46.8 in the 6k, 21:42.0 in the 7k and 24:47.7 in the 8k. He also placed 24th in the Big Sky Championships with a time of 24:56.5 in the 8k.

2024 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:21.16 in the 5000 and 31:03.07 in the 10,000 to place 19th and 8th, respectively. He also set a PR in the 10,000 with a time of 30:04.39 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

2024 Indoor
Competed in three events over the 2024 season with a 9th place finish in the 3000 at the Weber State Invitational with a time of 8:47.73.

2023 Cross Country
Set two PR’s during the season with a time of 14:54.7 in the 5k and 24:56.2 in the 5M.

2023 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:24.1 in the 5000 and 32:19.11 in the 10,000 to place 20th and 11th, respectively. He also set a PR for the 1500 with a time of 3:58.7.
