• Graduated from J.B. Castle High School in Kanohe, Hawaii in 2011.
• Was a four-year letterwinner in softball from 2008-11, a three-year letterwinner in cheerleading from 2009-11 and a two-year letterwinner in basketball 2010-11.
• Helped lead Castle High School to three consecutive top four finishes, including a runner-up placing in 2011.
• Was second team all-state at second base as a junior, and first team all-state at catcher as a senior.
• Also earned first-team all-state honors in cheerleading in 2011.
