Bio
Alex competed in one record-setting season at Weber State after transferring from Baylor. In 2017, he won two Big Sky titles and set three WSU school records.Â
2017 Outdoor
He won the Big Sky Championship in the 100 meters at the 200 meters at the conference meet in Sacramento…He set a Big Sky Championship time in the 100 meters at 10.21, which at the time was also the second-fastest in Big Sky history…He also won the conference title in the 200 meters with a time of 20.87…Set two Weber State school records in the two events, 10.21 in the 100 meters and 20.79 in the 200 meters…Also tied the Chick Hislop track record with that time in the 200 meters…Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary rounds in both events…Was also part of the WSU 4x100 meter relay team that posted the third-fastest time in WSU history.Â

Set a Weber State school record in the 200 meters with a time of 21.31…Broke a school record that had stood for 26 years…Finished fourth in the 60 meters at the Big Sky Championships in Pocatello with a time of 6.85…Was also part of the WSU 4x400 meter relay team that finished second at the conference meet.Â
