During her first season, Codding helped lead the Wildcats to a first-round Big Sky Tournament win against Portland State.

Codding comes to Weber State following a stint as an assistant coach at Santa Rosa Junior College. During her time as a coach with the Bears in the 2022-23 season, SRJC went 29-3 and won its conference en route to advancing all the way to the final four of the California junior college state championship. As an assistant coach, her role was mostly focused on scouting and recruiting.

Prior to her first coaching job with Santa Rosa, Codding played collegiately at St. Mary’s (2017-21) and played at Oregon State as a grad transfer for her fifth and final year of college basketball. As a graduate student at Oregon State, Codding was on a team that advanced to the elite eight of the WNIT, and finished with her degree in data analytics.
