Margaret Richards is entering her second season as a part of head coach Bethann Ord's first coaching staff at Weber State. Richards came to the Wildcats from the University of North Texas.
While at North Texas, Richards served as the team’s recruiting coordinator and special situations coach, as well as working with guard development, opponent scouting and pre-season workouts. Prior to her position at North Texas, Richards served as the head coach of Saint Augustine's College for two seasons. She also spent a season as a graduate assistant at the University of Louisville, and two seasons as an assistant at Kentucky State University. Richards is a 2003 graduate from the University of Nebraska, where she was a four-year letterwinner and two-year team captain for the Cornhuskers from 2000-2004.
