WSU Ends Season with 5-2 Loss to Montana

OGDEN, Utah -- The 2008 season came to a close for the Weber State women's tennis team on Saturday with a 5-2 loss to the University of Montana at Edman Courts.
Montana claimed all three doubles wins for the early point, winning 8-4, 8-6 and 9-7 in the No. 1 through 3 positions, respectively.
In singles, the Wildcats earned wins at the No. 3 and 4 spots. Senior Ashley Schapper defeated Danni Paulson 1-6, 6-3, 6-0 in her final career match as a Wildcat in the No. 3 positon, while Greyce Farias won at No. 4, defeating Martyna Nowak 6-2, 7-5.
Gabriela Venditto and Inalise Pienaar each joined Schapper as seniors playing their final match for WSU.
