OGDEN, Utah - While Field Trip Day proved to be a rousing success in the stands, it became a stinging near-miss on the court for the Weber State University women's basketball team.

Junior forward Amanda Hughes just missed out on a double-double finishing with a game-high 11 rebounds and nine points.

The Wildcats still led by four (63-59), but missed two critical free throws over the final 82 seconds as the Cowgirls forced overtime on Kayla Woodward's layup with three seconds remaining.
After trading baskets early in the overtime, Wyoming scored three straight buckets to take a 72-66 lead with 1:10 left in the extra period and then held off Weber State the rest of the way.
Chaundra Sewell led Wyoming, which shot 32-of-56 (57.1 percent) from the field, with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
