Wildcats Come Up Empty vs UC Davis

DAVIS, Calif. -- The Wildcats two-game road swing to California came up empty on Saturday, as the Weber State women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to UC Davis, one day after suffering the same fate against Sacramento State.
The 75th-ranked Aggies won at all three doubles spots, with the closest match coming at No. 1, where Brittiny Moore and Ashley Tanner fell 8-3 to Kelly Chui and Megan Heneghan.
In singles, UC Davis went without losing a set, and didn't drop a game in seven of the 12 total sets played, including a pair of 6-0, 6-0 wins at the No. 3 and 4 spots in the lineup.
The Wildcats remain winless in 11 matches on the year, while UC Davis improved to 4-8 on the season.
