Garner Earns Lone Point in Loss to BYU

PROVO, Utah -- Ryan Garner pulled off a 6-4, 6-3 win over Scott Bohne in the No. 6 singles match for the team's lone point of the day as BYU defeated Weber State 6-1 on Saturday.
The Wildcats were swept in the three doubles matches, and then lost straight-sets matches in each of the first five singles contests of the day.
Freshmen Todd Fought, Sanjay Goswami, and Jacob Gewert each recorded their official career-first appearances for the Wildcats.
