OGDEN, Utah – The Weber State Women's basketball team fell 67-60 to University of Idaho Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats now drop to 0-2 in Big Sky play.

“We just have to be more aggressive offesively,” said Head Coach Bethann Ord. “I thought we did a better job executing. We got better from last game.”
Junior Jalen Carpenter had her fourth double double this season and the game highs of 16 points and 12 rebounds. Regina Okoye also had her fourth double double of the season with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Okoye also had six steals. She is now tied for first for the school career steals record. “That's the biggest thing,” Ord said of the shooting percentage. “We had wide open shots. We got 73 opportunities, and you can't go 22 for 73 and have a chance. Unfortunately, shots weren't dropping.”
