Wildcat football back home for NAU Saturday

THE GAME

• Riding a three-game winning streak, the fourth-ranked Weber State Wildcats are back at Stewart Stadium to host Northern Arizona on Saturday. 

• Saturday's game will kickoff at 2 p.m. at Stewart Stadium. There will be no TV but the game will be streamed online on Pluto TV 535 and WatchBigSky.com. Radio call will be on 1430 KLO and kloradio.com. Steve Klauke and Jerry former Wildcat head coach and athletic director Jerry Graybeal will call the action on the video stream and on radio.  

• Live stats will be at WeberStateSports.com and the Weber State app. 

OPENING DRIVE 

• Weber State is 4-2 overall and 2-0 in Big Sky play following Saturday's 29-14 win over Southern Utah. 

• Northern Arizona is 3-3 overall and 1-1 in conference play.  

• Weber State remains ranked fourth in the nation in the STATS FCS poll and fifth in the AFCA Coaches poll. The Wildcats are the highest ranked Big Sky school. 

• The Wildcats had four interceptions in Saturday's win over Southern Utah. 

• Weber State is second in the country in turnover margin at +10. 

• Jay Hill is his sixth season as head coach of the Wildcats. Hill has a career record of 40-28 at Weber State. Hill is 29-13 in Big Sky games. 

• NAU is coached by Chris Ball who is in his first season as head coach.

• Weber State leads the Big Sky and ranks 11th in the nation in scoring defense, and ranks second in the league in total defense and passing defense. 

• The Lumberjacks lead the nation in passing offense and rank sixth in total offense.  

• Weber State has won 21 of its last 23 games against Big Sky schools and has won 12 of the last 13 games at Stewart Stadium. 

• This is the 53rd all-time meeting between the two schools with Northern Arizona holding a 27-25 series lead. The Lumberjacks have won the last four games against Weber State. 

• This season the Wildcats are celebrating 100 years of football at Weber State and the 150th year of college football.
