Wildcats and Griz in national showdown Saturday in Missoula

THE GAME
• It's a top-5 national matchup and a Big Sky Conference showdown Saturday as No. 3 Weber State travels to No. 4/5 Montana. Â
• Saturday's game will kickoff at 1:10 p.m. at Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula. The game will be televised on ROOT Sports Northwest, AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain and AT&T SportsNet Southwest, as well as the Audience Network Channel 239 on DirecTV. The game will NOT be on Pluto TV or WatchBigSky.com.Â
• Tom Glasgow and Taylor Burton will call the action on TV.
• Radio broadcast will be on 1430 KLO and 1430kloradio.com with Steve Klauke and former Wildcat head coach and athletic director Jerry Graybeal on the call.Â

• Weber State is 8-2 overall and 6-0 in Big Sky play after Saturday's 30-27 win over No. 22 North Dakota for the seventh-straight win.
• The Wildcats remain third in the nation in the latest polls, tied for the highest ranking in school history. WSU has won seven-straight games in each of the last three seasons.Â
• Weber State is 6-0 in Big Sky play for just the second time in school history. Â
• Montana is 8-2 and 5-1 in conference play. The Grizzlies are ranked fourth in the nation in the coaches poll and fifth in the STATS media poll.Â
• This is the highest-ranked matchup in Weber State history and the first time WSU has been ranked in the top five and faced another top-five team.Â
• Jay Hill is his sixth season as head coach of the Wildcats. Hill has a career record of 44-28 at Weber State. Hill is 33-13 in Big Sky games.Â
• The Griz are coached by Bobby Hauck who is in his ninth season overall at Montana.Â
• Weber State has 13 straight and 20 of its last 21 games against Big Sky schools.Â
• This will be the 55th all-time meeting with Montana leading the series 39-15. The Wildcats have won the last two games. This is WSU's first trip to Missoula since winning in 2015.
• This season the Wildcats are celebrating 100 years of football at Weber State and the 150th year of college football.Â
