Men's basketball back home Tuesday night

TIPOFF
• Weber State men's basketball will host West Coast Baptist Tuesday night at the Dee Events Center.
• The Wildcats are 0-2 on the season following season opening losses to Utah State and San Diego.
• Cody John led the Wildcats with 20 points in Thursday's loss to San Diego.
• Jerrick Harding returned to the lineup and moved into fourth place on the Weber State career scoring list. Harding is the Big Sky Preseason MVP.
• Weber State head coach Randy Rahe returns for his 14th season as head coach of the Wildcats. Rahe is the Weber State's and the Big Sky Conference's all-time leader in coaching victories with 266 career wins.
• West Coast Baptist is located in Lancaster, California. The Eagles compete in the National Christian College Athletic Association.
• The game will be an exhibition game for the Eagles. West Coast Baptist lost to UNLV and Boise State in the preseason. This will be the first of three games against Big Sky schools in November.
• The Wildcats were picked to finish second in the Big Sky preseason media poll and third in the coaches poll.
• Tuesday's game is the opening game of the Gulf Coast Showcase. After Tuesday, the Wildcats will head to Florida for three games Nov. 25-27.
• This will be the third all-time meeting between the two schools. Weber State defeated West Coast Baptist in December 2016 and in November 2017 in Ogden.
