WSU football to play at Utah State in 2016 opener

OGDEN - Weber State and Utah State have announced the two schools will meet in football during the 2022 season.

The Wildcats and Aggies will play in Week 2 of the 2022 season with the game scheduled for Sept. 10, 2022, at Maverik Stadium in Logan.

This will be the 17th all-time meeting between the Wildcats and Aggies. The last game was in September 2016 in Logan. The teams also meet in 2011 and 2013.

This game now completes the 2022 season. WSU will open the season at James Madison, then play at Utah State and host Dixie State in non-conference action, before starting Big Sky play.

Weber State also has FBS games scheduled with Wyoming in 2020, Utah in 2021 and 2023 and Washington in 2024.
