OGDEN, UT - The Wildcat men showed well at the Weber State Invitational meet in Ogden, Utah this weekend.

"The final home meet was a nice tune-up for the conference championship," said men's track and field head coach, Corbin Talley. "We are continuing to make progress and grow as a team with each experience. We'll be working hard over these next two weeks to hit our best marks at conference."

In the 55 meter dash, Weber State took the first and fourth place spots. Muamer Mujic earned first place with a time of 6.40, and set a new personal record. Isaac Tillett earned fourth place with a time of 6.54. Cyrus Rindlisbacher earned first place in the 55 meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 7.72.

In the 800 meter run, Dylan Tidwell finished in third place with a time of 1:57.16. Russell Lundberg earned second place in the mile run, coming in at 4:24.22. He was the top collegiate finisher.

Eli Beard was the top collegiate finisher and earned second place in the shot put, throwing a 51-00.25.

"I thought our strongest performances came from Trey Deveraux in the pole vault, Muamer Mujic in the 55 dash, Cyrus Rindlisbacher in the 55 hurdles, and the group running in the 3000 meter," said Talley.
