Wildcats fall to Bobcats in Bozeman

BOZEMAN, Mont. - The Weber State women's basketball team suffered a tough 102-53 loss at Montana State Thursday night at Worthington Arena in Bozeman.
The Bobcats jumped out to a 13-2 lead and never looked back. Weber State shot 33 percent from the field, while the Bobcats shot 54 percent. MSU was 15 of 28 from 3-point range while the Wildcats didn't make a 3-pointer, finishing 0 for 3. The Bobcats also outrebounded the Wildcats 40-28 and WSU committed 27 turnovers.
Daryn Hickok led the Wildcats with 13 points on 4 of 11 shooting. She also pulled down five rebounds. Emma Torbert had nine points and a team-high six rebounds.
The same two teams will be back at it on Saturday at 12 p.m. in Bozeman. The game will be streamed on Pluto TV 1057.
