Wildcats and Bobcats meet again Saturday at noon

• After a 96-88 shootout win on Thursday, Weber State takes on Montana State once again in a Big Sky showdown Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats and Bobcats will meet at 12 p.m. at the Dee Events Center. A limited number of fans are allowed at the game. The game will also be televised throughout Utah on KJZZ TV and will be streamed online on Pluto TV 1054 and WatchBigSky.com as well as on the radio on 103.1 FM "The Wave". 

• Weber State improved to 10-4 overall and 5-2 in Big Sky play in Saturday's win. WSU has now won seven of its last eight games. Six Wildcats scored in double figures with Isiah Brown, Dontay Bassett and Seikou Sisoho Jawara each scoring 17 points. The Wildcats shot 63 percent from the field, the best shooting percentage against a Division I team in 14 years.    

• The Wildcats are fourth in the country in 3-point field goal shooting at 41.5 percent. The Wildcats have shot better than 40 percent from 3-point range in six of their last seven games. On the season, the Wildcats are also 23rd in the country in 3-pointers per game, averaging 9.6 per contest. 

• WSU is also seventh in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 84.7 points per game. Weber State has scored 80 or more points in six of the last seven games, including reaching 90 or more four times. This season WSU is 9-0 when scoring 80 or more points in a game and just 1-4 when scoring less than 80. 

In the 15 years under Randy Rahe, Weber State is 135-9 when scoring 80 or more points in a game and is 52-0 when scoring 90 or more points.

• Montana State is 6-1 in Big Sky play and 9-4 overall. Thursday's loss snapped a seven-game winning streak for the Bobcats but they remain in first place in the Big Sky standings. MSU is fourth in the Big Sky in scoring offense, free throw percentage, field goal percentage and turnover margin. MSU also had six players score in double figures in Thursday's game. 

• Weber State now holds an 86-38 all-time series lead over Montana State and the 86 wins is the most by the Wildcats against any opponent in its history. In games in Ogden, Weber State is 53-8 all-time and has won 10 of the last 11.  

• After Saturday's game, Weber State hits the road for two games at Montana next week, before returning home to host Northern Arizona on Feb. 18 and 20.
