The Wildcats and Hornets will tipoff at 12 p.m. at the Dee Events Center. The game will be televised on ESPN+ with live stats available at WeberStateSports.com and the Weber State Wildcats mobile app.

The Wildcats are 7-12 overall and 3-7 in Big Sky play, now halfway through the Big Sky 20-game season. Weber State has lost six straight games heading into Saturday's game. The Wildcats have played their last two games at home, suffering an overtime loss to Southern Utah on Monday and a 65-55 loss to Northern Colorado on Thursday.

Sacramento State is 9-9 overall and 5-4 in Big Sky play, currently sixth in the league standings. The Hornets are coming off 73-57 win at Idaho State Thursday night, which snapped ISU's 10-game winning streak and handed the Bengals their first home loss of the season. Lianna Tillman had 26 points, seven rebounds and six assists and Isnelle Natabou added 21 points and 17 rebounds in the win.

Tillman leads the Big Sky in scoring at 19.1 points per game. She is also first in the conference and 11th in the nation in assists at 6.1 per game. Natabou leads the league in rebounding and field goal percentage and is fifth in scoring. She is seventh in the country in field goal percentage at 61.3 percent and has 10 double-doubles.

Daryn Hickok recorded her fourth double-double of the season on Thursday, finishing with 17 points and 10 rebounds. She was 7 of 13 from the field. Hickok leads the Wildcats in scoring at 13.6 points per game, which is sixth-best in the Big Sky. She has scored in double figures 12 times this season. Hickok is also seventh in the conference in rebounding at 7.4 per game and is seventh in steals.

Jadyn Matthews added 10 points and nine rebounds. She has now scored in double figures 13 times this season and has reached 20 or more points three times. She is second in the Big Sky in rebounding at 9.2 per game and is 10th in the conference in scoring at 12.8 points per game.

Kori Pentzer added 11 points and Emma Torbert recorded a career-high seven steals in the game, which is tied for the fifth-most in a game in Weber State history.

Weber State is 11th in the nation in total free throws made with 282 for an average of 14.8 made per game. The Wildcats are 25th nationally in free throw percentage at 76.6 percent.

This will be the 50th all-time meeting between the two schools, with Weber State holding a 31-18 series lead. Weber State's only two wins last season were two home wins over Sacramento State. WSU is 18-7 all-time against the Hornets in Ogden.

Earlier this week, Weber State announced it will retire the jersey of women's basketball legend Kathy Miller. The ceremony will be at halftime of the February 12 game against Idaho. Miller played at Weber State from 1976-79 and still has numerous school records, including a career average of 27.5 points per game and a single-game record of 50 points in a game.

After three games at home this week, the Wildcats will hit the road for two games next week playing at Montana on Thursday and at Montana State on Saturday.
