Wildcat Cross Country headed home from USU Invitational

Weber State women's cross country stayed local and participated in the Steve Reeder Memorial Invitational hosted by Utah State University on October 6 in Logan, UT.
There were over 70 athletes who participated in the invitational from Northwest Nazarene, Salt Lake Community College, the University of Utah and Westminster.
Lauren Thornley was the first 'Cat to cross the finish line in 21st and a time of 19:23, Kami Withers was next at 24th and a time of 19:36, Lexi Jonart finished 42nd with a time of 20:22 and Loryn Brimhall was next in 51st and a time of 21:13.
Following their trip to Logan, the 'Cats will head to the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Charlottesville, Virginia on October 13.
