Four Wildcats competed at the NCAA West First Round

The Weber State women's track and field team had four athletes compete at the NCAA West First Rounds in Sacramento, California.Â
Senior Billie Hatch, a multi-time Big Sky champion, qualified for the meet in two events. Hatch finished 15th overall in the 5,000 meters, just missing qualifying for the NCAA Championships. She posted a time of 15:55.80 in the 5,000 meters and missed qualifying by six seconds. She was also 35th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:05.24.Â
Rylie Lusk also competed in the 10,000 meters and finished 26th at 33:33.12.Â
Bailey Wall was 33rd overall in the steeplechase with a time of 10:20.71.Â
Alyssa Hansen, the Big Sky champion in the javelin, finished 44th overall with a mark of 136-4.Â
