Weber State has three seniors returning for the Wildcats. Setter Kate Payne, opposite Baylee Bodily, and middle blocker Liana Woodley. Last season, Payne played in 117 sets, totaled 1,166 assists, 403 digs, and 169 total attacks. Bodily played in 105 sets last season and totaled 276 kills. She had an attack percentage of .186 and collected 54 blocks. Woodley totaled 144 kills and 84 blocks playing in 94 sets for the Wildcats. She finished the season with a .294 attack percentage.

Four players make up the freshman class for 2024. Morgan Pratt a setter and Marly Pratt a libero from Mapleton, UT. Victoria Marthaler an opposite from Albuquerque, New Mexico and Maggie Kamp, a libero from North Bend, Washington.
