Wildcat Track Field set to compete at Big Sky Indoor Championships

The Wildcats are in Spokane, WA this week for the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships. Events will kick off on Feb 22 and go through Feb 24.

Events will be streamed on ESPN + as well as live results.

Headed into the championships, the 'Cats have secured multiple top five marks across the Big Sky in all events.

Elizabeth Littlewood has the third highest score in the pentathlon with a total of 3,659 points and Sarena Mackley is fifth with a total of 3,618 points following their performances at the Mountain State Games on Feb 9.

Dawson Rothenbuhler has the fourth highest mark in the shot put at 48-10.25 at the BYU December Invite on Dec 8 and Kapua Pulotu is fifth with a mark of 48-00.75 following their performance at Mountain State Games on Feb 9.

Payge Walz recorded 8.62 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles at the BYU December Invite on Dec 8 for the fifth best mark in the conference.

Angelyca Chapman holds the fifth best time in the 400 meters following their performance at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic on Feb 2. Chapman recorded a time of 55.37 seconds.

Following the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships, the NCAA Indoor Championships will be held in Boston, MA March 8-9.
