'Cats fall to the Utes

Wildcat Soccer fell 1-7 to instate foes, the University of Utah, on September 1st. The 'Cats fall to 0-4-2 on the season.
The 'Cats had back-to-back corner kicks in the first three minutes of play but weren't able to capitalize on the opportunities.
Lily Blum was the lone Wildcat to find the back of the net late in the first half, hitting the top left of the goal at 33:32.
Hadley Harris was the 'keeper in the first half, recording one save and allowing three goals.
Maya Cordova took over in the second half as 'keeper, allowing four goals and recording two saves.
Both Blum and Ali Swensen each recorded two shots, both of Blum's shots being on target. Sammie Sofonia recorded one shot that was on target.
The 'Cats will be home on September 5 to host Pacific at 7 pm MT. The match will be streamed on ESPN +.
