Women's Cross Country wraps up season at Mountain Regionals

The Weber State women's cross country team placed 13th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships 6k race. Weber State tallied a total of 370 team points.
"Today we didn't quite reach our expectations," Head Coach Lindsey Anderson said. "We wanted to break into the top 10. As a team we knew we were capable of that, but unfortunately missed that mark today."
Hailey Day led the team, placing 40th at a time of 21:41.3. Lydia Felix finished 62nd at 22:14.7. Courtney Earl crossed at 22:45.4 for 84th place.
Audrey Cazier was the next Wildcat finisher in 91st place at 23:01.8. Elin Hagelin wrapped up the Wildcat scoring in 97th place crossing at 23:21.8.
Hadlie Ballard finished in 106th place at 23:38.6. Maci Woolf placed 108th at a time of 23:43.7.
"I'm proud of our team this year. We have seen a lot of growth and great things happening. We are looking forward to what these next few years will bring," Anderson said.Â
The Wildcats had five top-5 team finishes during the 2025 season, highlighted by a second place finish at the Big Sky Championships on November 1. This was the highest team finish since 2021.
This concludes the 2025 cross country season.Â
