Wildcats secure road win against Eagles, 62-48

CHENEY, Wash. - The Wildcats secured their fifth win in conference play 62-48 this Saturday afternoon against the Eastern Washington Eagles.
First Half | Weber State got off to a great start scoring 30 points in the first half and maintaining an 11-point lead. The Wildcats held the Eagles to eight points in the first quarter and were led by Kendra Parra with seven points to close out the half.
Second Half | The Eagles brought the deficit to single digits with under six minutes to go in the third quarter but staying difficult to matchup with, the 'Cats extended their lead to 12 as they moved into the final 10 minutes of gameplay. Finishing strong, Weber State closed out the game 62-48 for their fifth Big Sky win this season.

- Weber State shot 39.62 percent from the field and 38.89 percent from long range compared to Eastern Washington's 26.9 percent and 5.26 percent.
