OGDEN, Utah – Weber State junior-to-be Bobby Kincaid and former Wildcat Luke Crapo finished atop the leaderboard of the local USGA US Amateur qualifier, held at Ogden Golf & Country Club on Monday.
Kincaid, who posted a 74.31 stroke average and a trio of top-20 finishes in his first season with the Wildcats in 2024-25, carded an eagle and one birdie en route to medalist honors on Monday with a 2-under par 68.
Crapo, who completed a four-year career with the Wildcats in 2016, finished in a four-way tie for second place at 1-under par 69 after recording four birdies on the day.
Monday's results advances the pair to the final, or sectional, round of qualification which will be held later this month.
