The 20-game conference schedule begins December 3.

The first schedule for the new era of Weber State men's basketball has been announced, as the Big Sky Conference has released its slate for the 2026-27 season.

The 20-game Big Sky schedule begins on December 3 as the Wildcats travel to St. George to take on new Big Sky member Utah Tech. WSU will also play at new conference member Southern Utah on December 5.

The 'Cats will ring in the new year with a New Year's Eve game on December 31 at the Dee Events Center against Northern Arizona.

All 11 Big Sky teams will play each other twice during the year. WSU will close the season with home games on February 27 against Idaho State and March 1 against Eastern Washington.

The Big Sky Championships will be held March 5-10 in Boise, Idaho.

This season will be a new era of Wildcat basketball under new head coach Kaleb Canales, who was hired in April as the 13th head coach in Weber State's Division I history.

Canales comes to Weber State after spending 18 seasons in the NBA, plus last season at Troy University.

Weber State has 12 new players joining two remaining players from last year.

The full non-conference schedule for the Wildcats will be announced soon.
