Hugo Cepeda

As a Sophomore in 2021-22

Won two matches in the WSU-Utah State cup to help the Wildcats to a 12.5-3.5 win over the Aggies.

As a Freshman in 2020-21

Played in one event, tying for 38th place at the Colin Montgomerie HBU Invitational with rounds of 73-77-78 for an 8-over-par 228.

During his prep career

In Mexico, Cepeda helped his Bosque Real AA team to an Interzones Championship in the Golf Association of the Valley of Mexico, and competed in the La Hacienda Match Play Vallescondido Golf Club tournament.
At Independence High School, Cepeda lettered three times in golf and also lettered in soccer for the Knights.
Was an All-District Team award winner two times.
Finished as runner-up in the Frisco Cup.
Earned tournament titles at the Mellisa Invitational at the Bridges and at the Robson Ranch Tournament.
