OUTLOOK: Alyssa will compete for a starting spot in the midfield for the Wildcats... Should definitely see increased minutes over her freshman year.
As a Freshman in 2007: Alyssa played in only five matches off the bench as a freshman... Was scoreless on a single shot.
During her Prep career: Alyssa is a 2007 graduate of Buena High School in Ventura, Calif, where she was a four-time letterwinner in soccer... Helped her Buena High team to a second place finish in the CIF-SS Div II championships in 2004 and to the Championship in 2005... Was a CIF Division II Third Team performer in 2005... Was named to the All-Channel League First Team in 2005 and to the Second Team in 2006... Was named to the All-Ventura County Second Team in 2007... Has been a Buena High School Team Captain since 2004... Played her club soccer with the Eagles Soccer Club.
Personal: Alyssa is the daughter of Darryl and Nannette Foutz... Is the oldest of four children... Has one sister, Nicolle (17), and two brothers, Kyle (13) and Dylan (9)... Is majoring in Athletic Training.
