As a Junior in 2008: Lindsay, formerly Lindsay Ellis (was married during the off-season), had a breakout season as a junior, earning First Team All-Big Sky Conference honors... Played in all 21 matches and was in the first 11 for the Wildcats 20 times... Was scoreless on five shot attempts... Was named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.

As a Sophomore in 2007: Lindsay played in 13 matches for the Wildcats and started four times at the outside defender position... Was scoreless on three shot attempts... Put two of her three shots on-goal for a SOG percentage of .667, which ranked third on the team.

As a Freshman in 2006: Lindsay played in a single game as a freshman defender... Was scoreless and did not attempt a shot.

During her Prep career: Lindsay is a 2006 graduate of Viewmont High School in Bountiful, Utah, where she was a three-time letterwinner in soccer and a two-time letterwinner in track... Also earned a single letter in basketball... Helped lead her Viewmont High School team to a Region championship in 2005... Played in the 2005 Senior All-Star College Showcase... Was named Team Captain and Defensive Most Valuable Player while at Viewmont High School... Was also a team captain with two different club teams, Devastation and Rush... She helped lead her club teams to championships in both the Utah Summer Games and the Las Vegas Turkey Shoot tournament.

Notes: Lindsay is the sister of former WSU forward Natalie Blaylock... The two played together during the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

Personal: Lindsay is the daughter of David and Denise Ellis... Is the youngest of eight children... Has five sisters, Mindy (31), Emily (29), Megan (29), Haley (24) and Natalie (23)... Also has two brothers, Chad (25) and Ryan (28)... Is majoring in Family Studies.
