Finished the season earning All-American honors in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA Championships...Finished 13th overall at the NCAA meet to earn second team All-America honors...Became the first female athlete in Weber State history to earn All-America honors in the 10,000 meters...Won two events and set two stadium records at the Big Sky Championships, held at Stewart Stadium in Ogden...Won the 5,000 meters and set a championship and stadium record in the event with a time of 16:26.72, which broke the stadium record by 45 seconds...Also shattered the stadium and conference record in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:23.55 and won the event by 38 seconds.
2019 Cross Country
Competed in seven meets, including the Big Sky Championships, NCAA Mountain Regionals, and NCAA Cross Country Championships...Set a personal record in the 5K with a time of 17:09.1...Set a personal record in thee 6K at the NCAA Mountain Regionals with a time of 20:22.5 to earn 14th place...Earned All-Region honors...Earned Big Sky All-Conference Honors...Placed 4th at Big Sky Championships 5K with a time of 18:19.8...Qualified individually for the NCAA Championships...Finished 103rd at the Championships 6K with a time of 21:16.8
2019 Outdoor
Earned All-Big Sky honors by finishing third in the 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Championships in Missoula...Also qualified for the NCAA West Region Championships in the 10,000 meters and finished 26th overall...Posted two top-10 marks in WSU history...Posted the sixth best time in the 10,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 34:12.23...Posted a career best time of 16:39.24 in the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invitational...That time ranks as the seventh best in WSU history...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Advanced Radiology.
2019 Indoor
Had a remarkable indoor season as she won the Big Sky Conference title in the 3000 meters and finished All-Conference in the 5000 meters with a third place finish...Ran a personal record time of 9:41.47 in the 3000 meters...This time is the seventh fastest in Weber State history...Set another personal and school record in the 5000 meters at the UW Invitational...Her time of 16:40.47 is the seventh best in school history...Won the title in the 3000 meters at the Stacy Dragila Open with a time of 9:55.11.
2018 Cross Country
Competed in all five meets including the Big Sky Championships and NCAA Mountain Regional Championship meet...Weber's #1 runner at three meets, and posted two PRs...Weber's top runner and posted a personal record time of 20:55.1 in the 6K to finish 31st at the regional meet...Finished 14th overall at the championships with a personal record time of 17:15.9 to lead WSU...Finished 3rd overall at the CSI meet and Weber's #1 runner...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Advanced Ragiologic.

Ran in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, Arizona...Finished 13th in the 5,000 meters at 18:36.16 and was 16th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:31.54...Finished third overall in the 3K at the Snake River Open with a seasonal best time of 10:1.84...Had a seasonal best time of 17:19.84 in the 5K at the Washington Invitational.
