Hailey Day and Audrey Camp Cazier Rewarded All-Conference Honors

The Weber State women's cross country team finished 2nd place in the Big Sky Championships in Bozeman, Montana. This is the highest finish for the Wildcats since 2021.

The Wildcats recorded 80 total points in the podium finish. Weber State edged out Montana State by three points.

"I am so excited about the team's performance across the board today," Head Coach Lindsey Anderson said. "Each athlete fought hard every step and gave it everything they had. It was a battle and they did not shy away from the challenge."

Hailey Day led the way for the Wildcats with a 7th place finish with a time of 16:45.8. Closely followed by Audrey Cazier in 10th at 17:08.3. Both received All-Conference Honors for finishing in the top 10. These are the first Wildcats to claim the Honors in four years.

Elin Hagelin was the third Wildcat to cross at 17:29.8 for 20th place. Quickly followed by Lydia Felix at 17:35.4 and Hadlie Ballard at 17:35.8 to place 21st and 22nd, respectively.
