Competed in both the 3000 and 5000 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships where he earned a PR time of 8:23.61 in the 3000 and an 8th place finish. His time in the 5000 was short of his PR but he finished in 6th place. His PR in the 5000 came at the Husky Classic in Seattle, WA with a time of 14:14.28.

Competed in the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships and placed 31st with a PR time of 30:34.5 in the 10K (XC)... Competed in the 2021 BYU Autumn Classic and placed 4th in the 4.6 M

2021 Outdoor
Competed in two events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships earning a PR in the 10K and a 5th place finish with a time of 30:24.75, he finished 9th in the 5K with a time of 14:50.41... Placed 5th at the OSU High Performance Meet in the 5K and PRd with a time of 14:33.68

Competed in six meets, including the CSI Classic, BYU Autumn Classic, Joe Piane Invitational, Pre-National Invitational, Big Sky Championships, and NCAA Mountain Regionals...Set a personal record for the 5M at the Joe Piane Invitational with a time of 24:29.5...Set a personal record for the 10K at the NCAA Mountain Regionals with a time of 31:37.7 to earn 38th overall

2019 Outdoor
Competed in just one meet during the year...Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Utah Valley Invitational with a time of 8:50.66.

2019 Indoor
Competed in four meets including the Big Sky Championships...Competed in the mile and 3000 at the conference meet...Posted a seasonal best time of 9:00.58 in the 3000 to finish seventh at the Stacy Dragila Open...Finished 12th in the mile at the Ed Jocoby Invite at 4:35.59.

Competed in two events at the Big Sky Championships in Moscow, Idaho...Finished fifth in the steeplechase at the conference meet with a time of 9:21.95...Also competed in the 5,000 meters...Had a seasonal best time of 9:00.38 in the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational, and a time of 3:57.80 in the 1500 meters at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Microbiology.

2017 Cross Country
Finished 14th at the Big Sky Championships in Ogden, UT. Started the season with strong performances at the Utah State Invite (4th) and the BYU Invite (12th). Ran an 8k PR of 24:06.7 at the NCAA Pre Nationals in Louisville, KY where he finished 54th. Finished the season with a 73rd place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regional.

2017 Outdoor Track
Finished 4th place at the Big Sky Championships in the Steeplechase with a PR of 9:04.67. Also raced in the 1500m at the Big Sky Meet. Ran a 1500m PR of 3:55 to finish 2nd at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic. Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference Honors.

2017 Indoor Track
Finished 11th in the mile at the Big Sky Championships. Also ran on the DMR team that finished 3rd. Finished 6th in the 3000m at the Snake River Open and 4th in the mile at the Mountain States Games. Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference Honors.

2016 Cross Country
Was Weber State's second finisher at the Big Sky Championships where he finished 15th overall, helping the Wildcats to a third-place team finish...Posted a time of 25:09.1 on the 8K course to finish 15th...Competed in five meets for the Wildcats during the season...Started the season finishing seventh at the Montana State meet...Finished 58th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships...Also competed in meets at Notre Dame and Wisconsin...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Microbiology.

Prep Career
Qualified for State Track & Field and Cross Country all four years as a Viking. Finished 5th in the 1600m at the 2016 Utah State Championships with a PR time of 4:14.42 (Viewmont School Record). Also finished 7th at the State Championships in the 3200m with a PR of 9:26.16. High School 800m PR was 1:55.30. Finished 7th, earning First Team All-Region, at the Nike Cross Southwest Regional with 14:59 for 5k.

Born October 15. Parents are Robert Leatham and Rebecca Allen. Has two brothers and two sisters. Is majoring in Microbiology at Weber State.
