As a Sophomore in 2007: Fabio became the Wildcats' top player when Sascha Kiehne was lost for the season with a back injury... Went 13-10 in singles play and 12-11 in doubles play during the year... Was 12-9 in singles at No. 1, while splitting two matches at No. 2... Played most of his doubles matches with Dave Hintze at the No. 2 spot, earning a 9-9 record... Was 2-0 with Hintze at No. 1 and 1-0 with Mario Schnabl at No. 1... Won seven of eight singles matches from Feb. 4 through Mar. 3... Also had a nice streak in doubles, winning seven of nine from Feb. 8 to Mar. 23... Finished the year on a nice streak, winning five of his last seven in singles and four of his last five in doubles... Was named to the All-Big Sky First Team.
