2025 Outdoor
Set multiple PR’s with a time of 14:45.7 in the 5000, 4:11.68 in the mile and 3:54.55 in the 1500. He also competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with his 1500 PR placing him 11th in the preliminary and an 18th place finish in the 5000 at 15:03.44.

2025 Indoor
Set a PR in the 3000 with a time of 8:36.03. He also competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 10:03.81 in the DMR, 4:29.21 in the mile and 9:13.75 in the 3000 placing 4th, 23rd and 30th, respectively.

2024 Cross Country
Set a PR for the 6k at the Big Sky Preview Meet with a time of 24:15.0 for 9th place. He also competed in the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals in the 8k with a time of 25:55.8.

2024 Outdoor
Set a PR in the 800 with a time of 1:57.33 at the UVU Collegiate Invitational. His 800 PR was one of two top-10 finishes during the season with the other a 4:28.84 mile for 5th place.

2024 Indoor
Competed in six events across the season with two top-10 finishes. He finished all six races as a top 20 finisher.

2023 Cross Country
Set two PR’s during the season with a time of 15:16.6 in the 5k and 21:14.7 in the 4M. He also ran a 22:59.2 7k at the Steve Reeder Memorial meet.

2023 Outdoor
Competed in five events across three meets. He competed in the Utah-WSU Spring Classic, BYU Robinson Invitational and the Bengal Invitational.
2023 Indoor
Competed in one event during the season at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational. He ran a 4:33.9 mile for 25th place.
