Competed in several meets and events during the season including the Big Sky Indoor Championships where he earned a PR in the 3000m run with a 9th place finishing time of 8:25.35. He also ran the 1200m leg for the 3rd place finishing DMR team for Weber State which earned him All-Conference honors.

Competed at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships in thee 10K and placed 55th with a time of 31:33.3. Placed 30th in the 8K at the Big Sky Cross Country Championships and was 10 seconds off his PR time of 24:34.6 that was set at a prior meet.
