2025 Outdoor
Set multiple PR’s in the 2025 outdoor season with a time of 8:35.98 in the 3000 steeplechase, 4:01.08 in the mile, 13:37.94 in the 5000 and 3:44.41 in the 1500. He finished 2nd in both the 5000 and 3000 steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with times of 13:56.2 and 8:40.23, respectively. He placed 9th in preliminaries in the 3000 steeplechase at the NCAA West First Round. He also placed 17th in preliminaries in the 3000 steeplechase at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2024 Cross Country
Received two Big Sky Athlete of the Week honors, recorded two first place finishes, a fourth place finish at the Big Sky Championships and 15th at the NCAA Mountain Regionals. He qualified for back-to-back NCAA Championship appearances. Received Big Sky All-Conference honors.
2024 Outdoor
Earned multiple PR's in the 2024 outdoor season with a time of 13:57.29 in the 5000, 3:47.56 in the 1500 and 8:43.95 in the 3000 steeplechase. Named to the Big Sky All-Conference team in the steeplechase with a time of 8:52.43.
2024 Indoor
Earned multiple PR's in the 2024 season with a time of 7:53.99 in the 3000 and a time of 4:03.16 in the mile. His PR in the 3000 meter also broke the program record. Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2023 Cross Country
Earned multiple PR's in the 2023 season including a time of 14:30.3 in the 5K, 19:14.0 in the 4M and 24:10.5 in the 5M. Qualified for the NCAA Championships following a 24th place finish at the NCAA Mountain Regionals with a time of 29:43.1 Named to the 2023 Big Sky All-Academic team and Big Sky All-Conference.
2023 Indoor
Recorded a season best with 9th place finish in the mile at the Big Sky Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:07.08. Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2022 Cross Country
Recorded a 17th place finish at the Steven reeder Memorial Invitational with a time of 22:28.07. Named to the 2022 Big Sky All-Academic team.
2022 Outdoor
Competed in several meets during the outdoor seasons and recorded multiple top ten finishes throughout different events. He recorded a 3rd place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Hayward Premiere with a time of 8:49.77 and a season best in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 3:49.83.
2022 Indoor
Competed in several meets and events during the season including the Big Sky Indoor Championships where he earned a PR in the 3000m run with a 9th place finishing time of 8:25.35. He also ran the 1200m leg for the 3rd place finishing DMR team for Weber State which earned him All-Conference honors. Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2021 Cross Country
Competed at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships in the 10K and placed 55th with a time of 31:33.3. Placed 30th in the 8K at the Big Sky Cross Country Championships and was 10 seconds off his PR time of 24:34.6 that was set at a prior meet. Named to the 2021 Big Sky All-Academic team.
