Men's Cross Country Set to Compete in Two Meets

The Weber State men's cross country team will compete in the Bill Dellinger Invitational in Springfield, Oregon and the Utah State Invitational in Logan, Utah. Both meets will be held on Friday October 10 and the team will do a split squad to compete in both races.
The Bill Dellinger Invitational 8k race will begin at 12:15 pm (MDT) at the Pine Ridge Golf Course. The meet will be streamed on RunnerSpace. The Wildcats will compete against nine other teams, including Oregon (No. 14) and Air Force (No. 23.)Â
The 7k Utah State Invitational race is scheduled to begin at 3 pm at the Steve and Dona Reeder Cross Country Course.
The last meet the Wildcats competed in was the Gans Creek Classic in Columbia, Missouri September 26. WSU raced against 25 of the top 40 schools at the time.
After the meets, the Wildcats will look ahead to the Big Sky Championships November 1 in Bozeman, Montana. Following the Big Sky Championships, the NCAA Mountain Region Championships will be hosted in Salt Lake City, Utah, November 14.
