2025 Outdoor
Competed in three events over the 2025 outdoor season. He placed 2nd with a time of 15:08.97 in the 5000 at the Utah Valley Invitational. He also placed 9th in the 5000 at the BYU Invitational with a time of 15:07.98.

2025 Indoor
Competed in three meets over the season. He placed 6th in the 5000 with a time of 15:31.37 at the Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet.

2024 Cross Country
Set two PR’s during the season with a time of 23:46.3 in the 6k and 21:28.4 in the 7k. He competed in the Big Sky Conference Championships, in the 8k at 24:40.3 for 19th place. He also competed in the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 31:54.6 for 91st place in the 10k.

2024 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:28.76 in the 5000 and 31:46.66 in the 10,000 to place 20th and 13th, respectively. He also set two PR’s during the season, one in the 10,000 at 29:43.69 and the other in the mile at 4:19.77.

2024 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 8:24.4 in the 3000 and 14:37.11 in the 5000 to place 12th in both races. His 3000 time is also his PR for the 3000.

2023 Cross Country
Set multiple PR’s during the season with one at the Big Sky Cross Country Championships, as he placed 17th in the 4.97097M at 24:44.5. His other PR’s had times of 14:47.8 in the 5k, 20:07.1 in the 4M and 24:30.8 in the 5M. He also competed in the NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 31:18.9 for 83rd place in the 10k.

2023 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships with a time of 31:37.42 in the 10,000 and 15:09.69 in the 5000 to place 8th and 17th, respectively. He also set a PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:01.94.

2023 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships with a time of 8:35.32 in the 3000 and 15:00.24 in the 5000 to place 22nd and 18th, respectively. Had three top 10 finishes in the other four events he competed in during the season.

2022 Cross Country
Set a PR in the 10k at the NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 30:22.4 for 80th place. He also set a PR in the 8k with a time of 24:18.2.

2022 Outdoor
Competed in the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 with a time of 31:43.01 for 14th place. He also set a PR in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:46.24.

2022 Indoor
Competed in the Big Sky Indoor Championships in both the 3000 and 5000 as a Freshman. PRs in each event came earlier in the season. His 3000 PR time came at the Stacy Dragila Open at 8:41.45, and the 5000 PR was at the Mtn States Games with a time of 14:59.34.
