Earned a 2nd place finish and PR in the 10,000 at the 2021 Idaho State Invitational with a time of 30:44.40... Earned a 2nd place finish and PR in the 5000 at the OSU High Performance Meet with a time of 14:28.40

Won the College of Southern Idaho Classic at 22:39.9 in the 7k race...Was Weber State's tpp finisher at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 22nd place finish of 24:26.2 in the 5 mile race...Finished 21st at the Big Sky Championships. Ran an 10k PR of 31:45.8...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Business Economics.

2018 Outdoor
Competed in just one meet during the season...Ran in the 10,000 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

2018 Indoor
Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Big Sky Championships in Flagstaff, Arizona but did not finish...Won the title in the 5K at the Mountain State Games in Pocatello with a seasonal best time of 15:00.64...Also finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Snake River Open with a seasonal best time of 8:45.15...Earned Big Sky Academic All-Conference honors in Medical Laboratory.

2017 Cross Country
Was WSU's top finisher at the Notre Dame Invitational in South Bend, IN with a 37th place finish in 24:28 for the 5 mile race. Ran an 8k PR of 24:18 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals to finish 77th. Finished 21st at the Big Sky Championships in Ogden, UT and was the #4 freshman in the conference. Placed 19th at the BYU Autumn Classic. Finished 67th in the NCAA Mountain Regional.

Region Champion and All-State in cross country his senior year (2013). Ran a PR in the 3200m of 9:25.97 at the 2014 Arcadia Invitational. Qualified for state 3 times in the 3200m. PR in the 1600m of 4:29.70. Varsity cross country runner for the Wildcats all four years.
