Jensen has been a crucial piece of four different championship teams at Weber State, and has been vital in the recruiting and developing of Wildcat pitchers, including the 2021 Big Sky Conference Pitcher of the Year, Mariah Ramirez, and the 2022 Big Sky Conference Newcomer of the Year, Arissa Henderson. Under Jensen's tutelage, Wildcat pitchers have been named to the all-conference teams on six different occasions.
