As a Sophomore in 2008-09: Alyssia was winless in eight outings, going 0-6 in singles and 0-2 in doubles.

As a Red-Shirt Freshman in 2007-08: Alyssia went 3-5 for the Wildcats on the year, all of which came in singles play... Earned a 6-1, 6-1 win over Jennifer Johnson of Utah State in her first collegiate match... The Wildcats were undefeated when she won her match... Did not go to a third set in any match (win or loss).

As a Freshman in 2006-07: Alyssia sat out the season as a red-shirt.

During her Prep Career: Alyssia is a 2006 graduate of Ralston Valley High School in Arvada, Colorado, where she lettered in Tennis four times (2003-2006) and twice in Cross Country (2002-2003)... Was named All-Conference in Tennis in 2003, 2005 and 2006 and was the MVP in both 2005 and 2006.

Personal: Alyssia's birthday is November 25... Is the daughter of Tom and Vicki Pyne... Is the oldest of five children... Siblings are: Thomas (19), Rachel (17), Stephanie (15) and Matthew (11)... Is dual-majoring in Early Child Development and Elementary Education... Has plans to get a Masters in Education.
