Hayley Adams serves as the Athletics Academic Coordinator. In her role, she works with men's and women's track/cross country, volleyball and football. She provides academic support services and resources to help student-athletes meet eligibility standards and graduation requirements. She serves as the Advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for Weber State and the Big Sky Conference.

Before Weber State, Hayley was a Graduate Assistant at UNLV who oversaw softball and the spirit squads while she worked on her Master's of Higher Education. Prior to collegiate athletics, she worked in professional and recreational sports for six years. Hayley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a Business minor from the University of Oregon and earned a Master's in Higher Education from UNLV.

Hayley is loyal to her Ducks and Mariners baseball. She has lived in Washington, Oregon, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, and now Utah. She loves her dog Zero and runs with him to train for her next race. Her free time is spent playing indoor soccer, binging new shows/movies, and eating great food from local restaurants.
