OGDEN, Utah -- The Weber State women's tennis team suffered a 6-1 loss to Utah State on Thursday, dropping the team's record to 5-8 overall on the season.
The Aggies swept all three doubles matches to take the first point of the match, and followed it up with wins in the top five singles matches.
Michelle Warwick scored the lone point for Weber State with a 3-6, 7-5, 1-0 (11-9) win over Amber Stuhlmann in the No. 6 match.
Kristi Elmer and Nittaya Phonharath each forced third sets in their respective matches, but the Aggies won tiebreaker final sets to take both contests.
